Skill Building (Stress Shooting Pistol)
Our Skill Building courses are 3 hour blocks of training focused on building up each shooter. Come out and put in the reps with us! This specific Skill Building block with be fairly physical.

About the event
This 3-hour block will be focused on applying the pistol fundamentals in various situations with an elevated heart rate and dealing with stress. This is not a new shooters course. You will be participating in various calisthenics, as well as other tasks in order to stress you physically and mentally. The goal of this particular Skill Building course is not to break down each fundamental, but rather to test your pre-existing ones and isolate the areas in your shooting that need to strengthened. Advise of any pre-existing injuries prior to course or on site a this will be a physical day of drills.

Required gear:
- Minimum of 250 pistol rounds
- Pistol
- Holster (must have positive retention)
- 2 magazines (3 recommended)
- ear/eye protection
