About the event
The objectives for this 3-hour block of instruction will be strengthening the foundation of our rifle & pistol fundamentals. The goal is to make the function of your rifle the easiest part of the critical incident and freeing up more focus for problem solving.
Objectives:
- Rifle/pistol transitions
- target transitions
- moving and shooting
Required gear:
- Minimum of 200 rifle rounds (fmj only) email if you have questions and have ammo ready for inspection by range staff
- Minimum 100 pistol rounds
- Rifle
- Sling
- Pistol holster (must have positive retention) no blackhawk serpa or soft holsters (Email/call if you have questions)
- 2 magazinea (3 recommended)
- ear/eye protection
