About the event
The goal of this 8-hour course is not to bring SWAT tactics to Patrol but rather give sound tactics and concepts to Officers/Deputies that they can bring back to their shifts and partners to make them safer while clearing structures. This will be a fluid class so plan for a working lunch.
Objectives:
Identify an approach and how to read structures
Identify threat priorities
Fundamentals of close quarters clearance
Communication and planning while clearing structures
